The Public Health Law Center has released the results of its survey of current state statutes in the 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., and five U.S. territories as of June 15, 2023. The data covers the definition of “tobacco product,” taxation, product packaging, youth access/other retail restrictions, licensure, and smokefree air legislation.
